the fine print
you get 30 days to return your items starting from the day you receive them. to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. it must also be in the original packaging, with all tags still attached. sale and personalised items cannot be returned.
if you would like to make a return, please package your items up with the tags still attached. then flick us an email to hello@daisychains.nz with your order number and we will start the return process with you and provide delivery details to get the items sent back to us.
please note - you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. shipping costs are non-refundable. if you receive a refund, a $10 flat right fee will be taken off your refund, to cover handling.
if you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
refunds:
once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
unfortunately, refunds will not be given if they do not comply with the above return policy. please note – only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
